TalentFleX Solutions, a leading Business & Technology consulting firm, is actively recruiting Compensation Analysts for a client in the Mt. Laurel, NJ area. Our client is looking to build a team that can ensure the correct compensation is being calculated and paid out to the sales team.

Compensation Analyst will support the management, development, design, evaluation, implementation and administration of the company’s compensation programs and initiatives. Performs compensation analysis, benchmarking and administration of various compensation processes including merit, incentive, recognition programs, job analysis and evaluation, surveys, reporting, HRIS processes, wage and salary programs. Partners closely with cross-functional HR partners to facilitate compensation solutions.


  • Three (3) to Five (5) years related work experience supporting the design and administration of base pay and incentive compensation programs OR Financial/Business Analytics.
  • Experience with advanced Excel tools – macros, modeling, pivot tables, lookups etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
