Data Analyst Philadelphia, PA
TalentFleX Solutions, a leading Business & Technology consulting firm, is actively recruiting a Data Analyst for a client in the Philadelphia, PA area. This position is responsible for finding and sharing insights from rich and extensive datasets, KPI design and implementation, and mentoring analysts across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, design, execute and communicate high-impact
analysis projects - Build insight and knowledge across the company and drive measurable performance
improvement on key performance indicators - Develop insightful analytical questions through dialog with stakeholders and data
exploration - Identify and apply appropriate analytical methods and explain the benefits and limitations
of those methods to stakeholders - Educate stakeholders with engaging presentations and clearly written documents
incorporating compelling storytelling and visualization best practices - Develop complex and reusable scripts in SQL (and preferably also Python) and collaborate
with Data Engineers on more advanced automation - Support the development of company-wide data standards and practices to enhance
analytical rigor, validate data, and enhance data literacy - Mentor and support analysts within the team and across the company, supporting
growth in technical skills, analytical problem solving, and helping address complex issues - Engage with colleagues and collaborators using curiosity, critical thinking, a drive to
completion, empathy, and a focus on the impact
Qualifications:
- Five years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, or Business Intelligence roles
- Solid presentation and communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong skills with analytical tools and technologies including or similar to our current
toolset: Excel, Python, BigQuery (SQL), Looker (Business Intelligence platform) - Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders that improves team
credibility - Effective analytical collaboration in the form of reviewing and soliciting feedback on
analysis - Self-starter accountable for creating deliverables in high quality independently
