TalentFleX Solutions, a leading Business & Technology consulting firm, is actively recruiting an Engineering Manager for a client in the Blue Bell, PA area. This position will work amongst a small, diverse agile team that is responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and improving projects. Balancing strong
technical chops and practical management experience, youll be expected to foster the
growth and collaboration of your team and ultimately guide their success.
Requirements:
- Manage, develop, and grow contributing members of the engineering staff across job
functions - Collaborate with other members of the Engineering Management team on shared
duties including project allocations, training, continuing education, and compliance - Prevent or remove distractions to the team and its members
- Contribute to projects and other engineering efforts on the level of a Sr. Software
Engineer as availability permits
Qualifications:
- Experience leading a successful software development team
- 4+ years of professional experience as a software developer
- Fluent with many of our key product technologies (SQL, Java, JavaScript, Play,
React) - Project management and business analysis skills
- Experience with RESTful API design and development
