TalentFleX Solutions, a leading Business & Technology consulting firm, is actively recruiting a Sales Executive for a client in the Lawrenceville, NJ area. This person will build and maintain executive relationships with clients and prospects and be the trusted advisor to solve client business problems using technology solutions.
Prior experience in consultative selling any of the following software products will be an added advantage:
- Quality and compliance software/solutions/services for the life sciences industry
- Digital Lab solutions
- Pre-clinical and Clinical trial management solutions
- Employee health and safety solutions. Or, safety management, workplace incident management
This position requires prior experience in nurturing existing relationships and build new to drive the company’s revenue growth. A successful candidate needs to have a curious mind to understand client needs and creative enough to combine software products and services to deliver client needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of Life Sciences/ Healthcare industry
- Experience selling cloud software
- Experience in selling software products/ platforms and related services
- Successful track record in sales
- Excellent communication skills
- A people leader. Will work collaboratively with Inside Sales, Presales, Delivery and Account Managers
