Sr. Business Development Manager Philadelphia, PA

TalentFleX Solutions is looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager for one of our healthcare clients in the Philadelphia area.  This person will be responsible for establishing new relationships and generating new revenue for the organization.  The successful candidate will  be responsible for connecting customer needs with the company’s strategic plans and solutions.

 

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in business or a related field is preferred. In lieu of degree, 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • 10 + years in business development and account management within the insurance or related industry
  • Five or more years’ experience in account management with direct responsibility overseeing customer relationships

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and maintain customer contacts to ensure satisfaction is maintained
  • Engage and diplomatically communicate with customers whether in written or verbal form
  • Act as customer’s representative to ensure that their needs are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
  • Foster strong relationships with both the business, product & project teams and develop a detailed understanding of their challenges and opportunities

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong leadership skills to guide teams and work with high-level decision makers
  • Up-to-date understanding of the industry’s behavior
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
  • Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
